Assistant Project Manager / Project Controls Analyst – Aviation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer preconstruction assistance throughout the project approval phase

• Oversee the internal project budget and schedule of values using project management software

• Supervise the external project budget and manage communications through external project management software

• Perform monthly forecasts and analyze cash flows

• Administer the monthly vendor invoice review process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 2 years of experience in construction project management

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

• Proficient in stakeholder communication

• Capability to coordinate delivery schedules and resource needs
