This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Provide support to Project Managers throughout every stage of construction projects.
• Assist in the setup and ongoing maintenance of projects within Procore.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project documentation and administrative processes.
• Act as a liaison for clients and project stakeholders.
• Help with the organization of meetings and follow-up communications.
• Ensure that project updates and documentation are shared accurately and punctually.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam.
• Aid in estimating tasks and bid preparation.
• Evaluate plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Assist with budgeting and cost-tracking initiatives.
• Oversee project documentation, permits, and compliance records.
• Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Ensure that all project files are well-maintained and organized.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential challenges.
• Support reporting and performance tracking activities.
• Proven experience in construction project management, estimating, or project coordination.
• Proficiency in using Procore.
• Proficiency in using Bluebeam.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Background in estimating or experience in performing takeoffs (preferred).
• Experience in supporting commercial or residential construction projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and project controls (preferred).
