This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support all aspects of routine projects (90%)
• Project Coordination - Work alongside the Project Manager to manage project timelines, monitor milestones, and oversee workflow to ensure on-schedule delivery of project stages
• Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams, clients, and contractors to promote smooth communication and promptly address issues
• Keep project documentation organized and maintain files, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest information
• Construction Administration - Handle the distribution of RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and other relevant project documentation
• Track construction progress by maintaining logs and monitoring contractor inquiries or responses
• Revit and Technical Support - Assist with Revit-related tasks, including the creation, editing, and maintenance of design models and drawings
• Meeting and Communication Support - Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed notes, and share summaries that include clear action items and deadlines
• Proactive Task Management - Predict project needs by identifying potential risks, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and proposing solutions to keep the project advancing
• B.A. / B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or a related field
• At least three years of relevant experience
• Understanding of industry trends, project management, and construction procedures along with best practices
• Familiarity with MEP / FA / FP trades and the general requirements for each
• Proficient in producing drawings and visual aids using Revit
• Competent in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), with exceptional organizational skills for file management
• Experienced with project management software such as Procore
• Awareness of the significance of the Method of Procedure (MOP) Process, work notifications, and safeguarding IT networks and other equipment during construction
• Ability to adhere to company and site safety regulations
• Capability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms (technical and non-technical information)
