This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Assistant Project Coordinator (APC) plays a vital role in facilitating the successful onboarding and activation of partners by ensuring effective coordination, accurate documentation, and seamless communication among teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complete onboarding processes, which includes workflow coordination, checklist management, and progress monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in managing and verifying documentation to ensure completeness, compliance, and timely execution of partner agreements.
• Experience in coordinating system setups, including account creation, access provisioning, and validation of platform readiness.
• Capability to oversee onboarding logistics such as scheduling training, delivering orientations, and distributing resources.
• Proven ability to track onboarding milestones, monitor partner activation, and identify any process bottlenecks.
• Excellent coordination skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., RSMs) to support early-stage partner engagement and proposals.
• Competency in managing escalations effectively, including addressing activation delays, onboarding challenges, and system or process issues.
• Exceptional communication skills to provide regular updates on onboarding status and ensure a smooth transition of partners to account ownership.
• Preferred college-level education; candidates should be either High School Graduates or College Undergraduates.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Aurora Solar is highly desired.
• Proven professional experience as a Solar Project Coordinator for a U.S. company or in a comparable role, showcasing expertise in managing solar projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, exhibiting clear communication and positive interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles, ensuring projects adhere to both industry standards and internal quality controls.
• Practical experience with project management tools, such as CRMs or similar software, to track project milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
