Assistant Professor I – NCLEX Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist and prepare designated learners for NCLEX success through impactful interactions, ongoing communication, and tailored learning plans.

• Track learner progress and ensure transparent communication throughout the coaching journey, including assessment and attendance monitoring for designated activities.

• Create, outline, and lead scheduled study sessions and one-on-one coaching meetings.

• Conduct initial and final evaluations for assigned learners and graduates, providing recommendations for transcript clearance.

• Attend NCLEX faculty meetings, engage in committee work, and contribute to collaborative decision-making and faculty initiatives as necessary.

• Take part in the execution of functional projects as they come up.

• Keep certification documentation as mandated by accreditation, facility, or state board of nursing standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.

• Availability and dedication to serve throughout all three academic semesters each calendar year.

• Doctorate degree preferred.

• Experience in facilitating concept-based nursing education.

• Familiarity with at least one learning management system (LMS) — Canvas preferred.

• Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other technological platforms utilized in online nursing education delivery.
