This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manages the office budget and daily operations to maintain high standards.
• Processes office invoices, addresses queries, and collaborates with Global finance.
• Provides guidance to LOB and local Leadership on important office matters.
• Ensures compliance with office 'social rules' while minimizing signage.
• Promotes the firm's culture and spearheads sustainability initiatives.
• Develops strong relationships with vendors, manages contracts, and ensures budget adherence.
• Oversees office administrative personnel, ensuring policy compliance and support.
• Responsible for site security protocols, passes, and compliance measures.
• Coordinates with LOB regarding office space usage and conducts desk assessments.
• Manages tenant and landlord relations in partnership with Corporate Real Estate.
• Supervises building management and maintenance, addressing issues in a timely manner.
• Manages stock inventories and ensures efficient waste management practices.
• Coordinates the replacement of office equipment and furniture with Purchasing and Real Estate.
• Manages business card arrangements and orders branded goods through the vendor portal.
• Ensures that health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives are in line with corporate standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Hospitality, Operations, Office/Facilities Management, or a related field with 5-8 years of experience or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience in a Global Firm is essential.
• Ability to interpret complex or unique interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail and precision is necessary.
• Excellent leadership abilities (including organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) are required for effective management.
