Assistant Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver professional-grade marketing and advertising assistance to designated franchisees within a specific area.

• Assist the brand marketing team and franchisees in the creation and implementation of campaigns.

• Provide support for regional marketing campaigns.

• Develop standardized and/or tailored point of purchase (POP) materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to create and execute campaign communications.

• Identify high-quality, cost-effective providers and cultivate reliable vendor relationships.

• Analyze data and prepare reports for management review.

• Oversee and track campaign expenses, purchase orders, and invoicing procedures.

• Execute content for digital menu boards.

• Manage issue resolution related to marketing from operators, vendors, colleagues, and consumers.

• Provide assistance to marketing teams (and cross-functional teams as necessary) on special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience may be accepted.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in field marketing.

• Professional demeanor with the capacity to maintain confidentiality.

• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Proven excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated proofing capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to apply these skills in a creative environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Strong analytical abilities to compile, analyze, summarize, and present data for management review.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Fluent in Spanish and professionally proficient in English.
