Assistant Manager – Trade Operations, Exports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete management of Export LC Payments and associated sub-products.

• Offer guidance and consultation to commercial clients concerning Export Finance and Payments.

• Ensure that all processes adhere to Bank Policies and Guidelines.

• Evaluate customer complaints and take prompt action.

• Maintain adherence to SLA and process transactions in accordance with SOP.

• Manage documentation for Commodity Trade Operations.

• Guarantee the efficient processing of transactions and the delivery of quality services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• A minimum of 9-12 years of pertinent experience in Trade Operations.

• Advanced expertise in Export Payment under Letter of Credit.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting entries and UATs.

• Familiarity with amortization principles.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
