
Assistant Manager – Photo Post Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Responsible for ensuring that the photo post-production team meets or surpasses all necessary KPIs and targets.
• Train and supervise the workflow of the production team.
• Manage team resources, including allocation and reallocation of personnel.
• Sequence, prioritize, and delegate tasks to guarantee that deadlines are achieved.
• Conduct quality control on all outputs from the photo production team.
• Develop and enhance processes and procedures within the department.
• Monitor departmental productivity to confirm that targets are met.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching as necessary.
• Conduct interviews for new candidates when required.
• Maintain organization to ensure that all team members’ productivity is properly and efficiently tracked.
• Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.
• Train individuals on standards and operational procedures.
• Act as a facilitator for the growth and success of the post-production skillset within the team.
• Over 5 years of experience in photo post-production.
• More than 3 years of management experience and training.
• Ability to think critically and address issues and challenges effectively.
• Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Real-world experience in following creative direction under tight deadlines and structured environments.
• Proven professional history of managing a team of editors.
• High proficiency in organizational skills and time management.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individuals are encouraged to apply.
