Assistant Manager – FI Sales Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute all secondary trade distribution agreements.

• Prepare Risk Participation Certificates for completed transactions.

• Oversee comprehensive deal documentation, which includes negotiating documents with various client banks and insurance brokers.

• Verify transaction status at maturity and coordinate with branches and operations until settlement is achieved.

• Create Management Information System (MIS) reports to be shared with Risk and Relationship teams.

• Manage documents for all trade transactions acquired in the secondary market.

• Keep transaction information current and maintain the pipeline effectively.

• Assist the Financial Institutions (FI) business with additional tasks as needed.

• Provide exceptional service to clients and contribute to innovation and advancements in banking and financial services.
