This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the daily implementation of omni-channel marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media platforms.
• Manage media trafficking to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of assets.
• Facilitate the routing of marketing materials through internal review and approval processes, tracking revisions until launch.
• Assist in content planning and calendar management in alignment with campaign priorities and seasonal business objectives.
• Revise web, CRM, and digital shelf content to enhance consumer engagement and retailer visibility.
• Supervise organic social media publishing and back ambassador and community-driven programs.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost discoverability and enhance content effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign execution details, assess asset requirements, and optimize content based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, eCommerce, CRM, PR, social, and sales teams to launch campaigns effectively.
• Coordinate with both internal and external partners to facilitate experiential activations, sampling efforts, partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely, and impactful campaign execution.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings, status updates, and performance assessments to keep projects on course.
• Assist in aligning brand messaging and assets across various channels to ensure a cohesive and consistent consumer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG, health and wellness, or a similar consumer brand setting.
• Preferred experience in experiential/event management and partnerships.
• Proven track record in supporting integrated marketing programs across diverse channels, including digital, social, CRM, and retail or eCommerce environments.
• Strong project management expertise with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with effective collaboration skills across teams.
• Knowledge of content workflows, campaign execution, and performance-driven optimization is essential.
• A background or keen interest in running, outdoor sports, endurance, fitness, or similar active lifestyle categories is preferred.
