Assistant Manager – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of sophisticated analytics and AI-based solutions

• Design and implement machine learning models aimed at customer segmentation

• Regularly assess model performance and enhance algorithms

• Offer insights regarding channel efficiency and marketing attribution

• Aid in the conceptualization and development of AI-driven solutions

• Work in collaboration with digital banking, marketing, and product teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning

• Strong expertise in Python programming

• Experience using SQL for data extraction purposes

• Familiarity with R is a beneficial addition

• Practical experience with machine learning algorithms

• Comprehension of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications within the banking sector

• Experience with digital analytics tools
