Assistant Maintenance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Manage maintenance operations at a single site, ensuring the reliability and functionality of engineering assets.

• Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to safety protocols, which includes completing safety training and conducting regular safety audits.

• Lead initiatives for preventive and predictive maintenance to guarantee equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

• Oversee and assist maintenance technicians, cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team atmosphere.

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for maintenance-related concerns, ensuring coordination between RME and Operations teams.

• Achieve 100% compliance with mandatory training completion. Maintain precise and timely records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a management position overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations, showcasing strong leadership skills, commitment to safety, and effective communication.

• Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance along with repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, executed to established standards.

• Must possess the flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, as dictated by operational demands.
