Assistant General Manager – Traveling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Assisting and providing support to hotel properties and their staff within the designated region.

• Offering expert leadership across all hotel departments.

• Training, developing, and coaching team members to ensure their success in their respective roles.

• Fostering an environment that promotes exceptional guest service across multiple properties.

• Setting high service standards.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing team members in all facets of the hotel.

• Exemplifying quality assurance best practices.

• Achieving key business measurements related to service, cost, labor controls, and team engagement.

• Addressing challenging situations and proactively resolving issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.

• At least one year of supervisory experience with a proven track record of leadership success.

• Hotel-specific experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
