Assistant Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Provide prompt and precise financial services throughout the APAC region

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities

• Execute the month-end closing process

• Generate financial reports and conduct P&L analysis

• Handle client billing and revenue management

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues regarding accruals, payments, purchase orders, and invoices

• Uphold strong spending controls

• Guarantee financial integrity and facilitate sound business outcomes

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including operations and client finance teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• Experience in financial management across the APAC region is advantageous

• Capability to take ownership of responsibilities and processes

• Proficiency in Excel-based reporting is a plus

• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred

• Strong analytical abilities

• High attention to detail

• Previous experience in financial management
