
Assistant Expedition Leader β Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for all member inquiries before, during, and after trips.
β’ Assist the Expedition Leader in executing trip itineraries, encompassing planning, organization, and on-site logistics.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Expedition Leader and air crew to oversee all elements of aviation services both in the air and on the ground.
β’ Support the Expedition Leader in coordinating hotel bookings and guest services.
β’ Help in managing the trip budget, which includes carrying, distributing, securing, and monitoring funds during the trip.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively (up to 2-3 weeks at a time) and provide support to groups on expeditions.
β’ A bachelor's degree in operations, hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, ideally within the luxury segment.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
β’ Experience in customer service with the capability to handle sensitive information.
