This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for compensation inquiries, handling new hire offers, promotions, movement-in-range adjustments, and transfers.
• Manage the logistics of the annual compensation cycle in collaboration with Finance and P&C leadership.
• Maintain and implement salary structures and bands, as well as conduct market data analysis and benchmarking.
• Prepare and distribute letters for promotions, salary increases, and transfers, ensuring that role-change tickets are processed appropriately.
• Collaborate to keep job descriptions updated and in alignment with the salary structure.
• Address daily employee relations issues, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and the interpretation of policies.
• Oversee the resolution and documentation of employee relations issues, elevating legal or reputational risks when necessary.
• Provide guidance to managers regarding performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Lead internal communications for P&C and Operations, including policy updates, benefits reminders, and announcements.
• Organize internal communication channels through Slack and manage a communications calendar across departments.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure consistency in internal messaging.
• Keep P&C content up to date on internal platforms.
• Support change management efforts using the ADKAR framework.
• Oversee employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.
• Convert engagement survey results into actionable insights for leadership follow-up.
• Manage organization-wide events and assist in retreat planning.
• Provide assistance with recruitment coordination during peak hiring periods or in the absence of staff.
• Stay familiar with recruitment systems and workflows to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in People & Culture/Human Resources, encompassing employee relations, compensation administration, and internal communications.
• Proven experience in managing compensation programs and assessing compensation requests in relation to salary structures and guidelines.
• Experience in leading or contributing to organization-wide committee initiatives and coordinating across departments without direct authority.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear internal communications for the organization.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks, such as ADKAR, is advantageous.
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive employee relations issues.
• A collaborative, relationship-focused approach.
• Relevant HR certification, such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR, is preferred.
• Must have current and valid US Work Authorization and be eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
• Programming for employee engagement, including Intentional Engagement Days and enterprise-wide events led by P&C.
• Virtual, themed, and/or location-specific events for the entire organization.
