Assistant Director of Financial Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Guide Financial Counselors and Financial Planners while offering coaching on best practices.

• Continuously train and enhance the skills of Financial Planners and Financial Counselors.

• Maintain a consistent level of top performance.

• Conduct daily quality assurance assessments of Financial Planners and Financial Counselors, providing feedback and mentorship.

• Ensure compliance standards are met by Financial Planners and Financial Counselors.

• Oversee the queue management system to guarantee timely assistance for students.

• Ensure that Financial Planners and Financial Counselors meet or surpass metrics set by the Senior Director of Financial Planning.

• Perform any and all job functions related to Financial Planners and Financial Counselors as needed.

• Carry out miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Financial Planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

• Preferably 9 months of demonstrated success in a Financial Counselor role or 2 years of combined financial aid experience.

• Preferred 2 years of experience in team management.
