Assistant, Digital Ad Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide operational support for various accounts by executing assigned tasks, which include campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing and optimizations, tagging, reporting, screenshots, content creation, and troubleshooting.

• Work across a range of advertising platforms such as Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more.

• Conduct data quality audits and apply necessary fixes and updates.

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Liaise with project lead(s) to gather the necessary details to execute tasks effectively and without errors.

• Accept and integrate feedback to enhance performance and efficiency on assigned tasks.

• Assist the team in developing more effective processes and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with expertise in pivot tables, pivot charts, vlookup, and other advanced functions.

• Familiar with digital marketing terminology or possesses digital marketing experience (programmatic, paid social, paid search).

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva.

• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive in quality assurance of own work prior to delivery, and capable of following instructions with high accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and ask questions in a timely and proactive manner to avoid delays in deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; open to receiving feedback and taking immediate action on it.

• Quick learner, adaptable to constantly changing task requirements.
