This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the deployment of DNV Cascade 4 utility asset management software.
• Aid in the creation, execution, and ongoing administration of utility asset management initiatives.
• Act as the main technical and programmatic liaison for designated clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and operational priorities.
• Provide support to clients in long-term asset management planning and program enhancement.
• Create training materials and best practice guidelines for client Asset Management programs.
• Formulate and enforce asset management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Educate new users on the use of Cascade Asset Management software.
• Keep precise and current asset records, including acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history.
• Oversee asset inventory and ensure accurate accounting of all assets.
• Develop and execute asset maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Track and report on asset performance and utilization.
• Create and apply asset disposal policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
• Offer guidance and support to other departments regarding asset management issues.
• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited institution with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in electric utility asset management or a related field.
• Proficiency in DNV Cascade, Microsoft Office products, and business enterprise software.
• Familiarity or basic understanding of concepts within the electric utility sector, including utility engineering, construction, and maintenance standards.
• Knowledge of fundamental engineering theories and principles.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team-building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while communicating project status.
