Asset Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Support the Asset Management team in ensuring adherence to project compliance, which includes oversight of land leases and conducting financial due diligence.

• Input invoices into NetSuite and confirm timely payments.

• Assist in managing the administration of SREC, incentive programs, and property tax obligations.

• Engage in scheduled virtual meetings as necessary.

• Help maintain strong relationships with contract partners.

• Aid in binding insurance and adhere to established standard operating procedures.

• Provide assistance with financial due diligence and various special projects as required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn new tasks and software applications.

• Ability to work independently while supporting the team in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Experience in managing complex tasks and delivering assignments punctually.

• Openness to taking the initiative in researching diverse topics.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
