📋 Description

• Deliver services and support as an Asset Integrity Engineer [Independent Engineering (IE) Advisory Services], aligned with the Technical Due Diligence & Engineering Validation for the Downstream Oil & Gas / Midstream / Pipelines Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas/Power and Utilities) Sector, focusing on RM | Risk Management Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) | DOE Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Program.

• Function as an Asset Integrity Engineer within the Technical Due Diligence & Engineering Validation for Downstream Oil & Gas / Midstream / Pipelines swim lane, providing bankable, technically robust Independent Engineering advisory services by translating discipline-specific engineering, construction, compliance, operating, commercial, and risk findings into lender-ready due diligence, monitoring, certification, and decision-support outputs.

• Assist with requirements for Independent Engineering (IE) Advisory Services associated with Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Advisory / Technical Due Diligence / Credit Evaluation / Lifecycle Monitoring.

• Review project documentation, assess technical and commercial interfaces, identify risks and mitigations, validate assumptions, support conditions precedent and disbursement readiness reviews where applicable, and prepare defensible work products including integrity assessments, inspection plans, asset condition reports, anomaly registers, and risk-based recommendations.

• Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, construction, operations, environmental, HSE, and project controls stakeholders to facilitate timely lender and DOE decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of pertinent engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience;

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, geoscience, petroleum engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, environmental, or a related technical field.

• Preferred credentials include PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI, or discipline-specific certifications where applicable.

• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; skilled in Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and capable of quickly learning other necessary tools.
