Asistente de Reclutamiento y Selección

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Execute the recruitment process.

• Manage job boards.

• Conduct fieldwork and headhunting.

• Perform competency-based interviews.

• Handle both mass and individual processes at a national level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

• Immediate availability.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in mass recruitment and selection (essential).

• Preferred experience in recruitment for Trade Marketing roles, including promotion and/or hosting.

• Availability for remote work (must have a laptop).
