This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide support to the Manager and the Training Office Coordinator in various administrative tasks.
• Assist with onboarding processes, assignment of teachers or instructors, and management of employee retention.
• Schedule activities and manage the curriculum according to the directions of your supervisor or manager.
• Enable the Manager and Trainers to focus their efforts on the training of missionaries and the staff that works directly with them.
• 1 year of experience in office or administrative roles.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism.
• Leadership skills.
• Critical thinking and process design abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent interpersonal, public relations, and communication skills.
• High personal motivation, ability to work under pressure, and take initiative.
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Active Temple recommendation.
• **Desirable:**
• - 1 year of experience as a MTC Teacher or in another related position at the MTC.
• - Having served a full-time mission.
