• Provide guidance to clients regarding the sale of products and services
• Conduct payments and manage debt recovery
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Must be a technician or at least a third-semester student in a technology or university program
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales of products or services, collections, and/or debt recovery in a Contact Center
• If you are studying, you must be available for night classes
• Must reside in Cartagena
• Base salary: $1,750,905
• Transportation allowance or remote work: $249,095
• Average commission: $100,000
• Fixed days off on Sundays and holidays
