This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to build loyalty and enhance retention.

• Engage in remote training sessions.

• Work full-time or part-time hours, including shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Contribute to the success of Partner Service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have at least 3 months of experience in a call center.

• Possess your own tools, whether a PC or laptop.

• Have a wired internet connection.

• Be available for training sessions from 9 AM to 4 PM with the camera on.

• Educational background: Junior High School.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.
