This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients from other operators to facilitate mobile portability to Claro Perú.

• Engage in 8 days of remote theoretical training.

• Complete 5 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT) under contract.

• Manage sales from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Conduct operations from home through virtual interviews and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in call centers, sales, cross-selling, portability, or renewals.

• Minimum educational requirement: Junior High School.

• A PC or laptop is required for remote work.

• An Intel Core i5 processor of 4th generation or higher, or equivalent.

• Minimum RAM of 8 GB.

• USB headset is necessary.

• Wired internet connection with more than 40 Mbps.

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Fixed days off on Sundays and holidays.
