This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• You will apply comprehensive knowledge of the SIIGO accounting software in processes such as the creation of the PUC, bank reconciliation, inflation adjustments, provisions, calculation and management of amortizations, depreciations, and the generation of official books and basic and general financial statements.
• You will utilize knowledge of the payroll module in accordance with Law 100 and Law 50, focusing on pension, health, withholding, ARL, and self-assessment of parafiscal contributions.
• You will guide and assist users with any inquiries related to the aforementioned items.
• You will address any client requests and provide accurate and reliable information regarding the SIIGO accounting software.
• You will follow up on commitments made to clients.
• You are a technician, technologist, or a student in at least the fourth semester of Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
• You have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• 100% remote work from anywhere in Colombia.
