Asbestos Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform asbestos surveys, safely collect samples of suspected materials, and accurately document findings according to job specifications and internal protocols.

• Evaluate identified asbestos risks, offer clients guidance on suitable removal or safe management strategies, and deliver continuous support to ensure compliance.

• Work collaboratively with clients and project teams to ensure effective communication, prompt reporting, and resolution of any on-site challenges.

• Assist in quality assurance initiatives, including audits and corrective measures, while actively contributing to ongoing improvement and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402).

• Demonstrable experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, preferably in a comparable role or environment.

• Strong understanding of asbestos-related laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to accurately record and document survey results.

• Competent computer skills, including experience with survey software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects at once.

• A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
