Asbestos Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform asbestos surveys, safely collect samples of suspected materials, and meticulously document findings in accordance with job directives and internal protocols.

• Evaluate identified asbestos hazards, provide clients with recommendations for appropriate removal or safe management, and offer ongoing assistance to ensure compliance.

• Work collaboratively with clients and project teams to ensure effective communication, prompt reporting, and resolution of any issues that arise on-site.

• Assist in quality assurance processes, including audits and corrective measures, while contributing to ongoing improvements and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification or qualification in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402).

• Demonstrated experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, preferably in a similar role or environment.

• In-depth knowledge of asbestos-related laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to accurately document and record survey results.

• Proficient in computer applications, including experience with survey software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects at once.

• A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
