📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithms tailored for specific domain applications.

• Develop and train reinforcement learning models aimed at real-world use, emphasizing efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the integration of PPO models into production environments.

• Evaluate model performance and conduct hyperparameter tuning experiments to reach optimal outcomes.

• Remain informed about the latest advancements and research in reinforcement learning and apply these insights to improve existing solutions.

• Construct robust pipelines for the training, evaluation, and deployment of reinforcement learning models.

• Document workflows, methodologies, and code to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

• Over 4 years of professional experience in machine learning, with a specialization in reinforcement learning.

• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing PPO or similar reinforcement learning algorithms.

• Practical experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

• Strong programming capabilities in Python; knowledge of Rust or other programming languages is advantageous.

• Proficient in designing and conducting reinforcement learning experiments in both simulated and real-world settings.

• Experience with distributed training systems for reinforcement learning applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of policy gradient methods and the theoretical foundations of reinforcement learning.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills for effectively presenting findings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
