Artificial Intelligence Engineer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical execution for the complete lifecycle of generative AI full-stack solutions (front-end React/Node, back-end Python), utilizing Spec-Driven Development (specifications and tests prior to implementation) and Harness Engineering (automated validation of generated artifacts) as cohesive engineering standards — complementary strategies rather than conflicting ones;

• Design and manage RAG, LLMOps, and MLOps pipelines on Azure AI Foundry, ensuring network isolation, sandboxing for the execution of code produced by LLMs, and comprehensive traceability;

• Enforce governance, security, and privacy measures for AI by default — including model risk management, prevention of prompt injection/data leakage, and the minimization and anonymization of personal and health data in compliance with LGPD;

• Create and uphold automated quality gates (QA harness) for AI-generated outputs, delivering deterministic feedback (coordinates/metrics) as opposed to subjective assessments;

• Act as the technical authority for internal teams and vendors, establishing architecture standards, code review methodologies, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions;

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Preferred specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Information Security.

• Desired certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI, Azure Engineer/Azure Solutions Architect, ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management), ISO/IEC 27001, LLMOps/MLOps, or cloud certifications (AWS/OCI).

• Required expertise in Python (backend, automation, integration with LLMs) and full-stack front-end technologies (React/Node.js/TypeScript), along with RAG, LLMOps, and MLOps (orchestration, deployment, observability).
