This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the strategic creative vision for our design efforts across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Chewy, and new commerce platforms—defining our perspective rather than merely implementing it.
• Oversee critical commerce design initiatives for our major accounts, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, DPIs, video, and Commerce Media creative.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of commerce creative systems—knowing precisely when and how to innovate beyond standard practices to create work that is groundbreaking.
• Transform performance data from Amazon, Walmart, and marketplaces into more refined creative decisions, using this information to advocate for, enhance, or eliminate ideas with certainty.
• Design with a keen understanding of SEO and search best practices for e-commerce—recognizing how creative elements influence discoverability, indexing, keyword strategy, and emerging tools like Amazon's Rufus and AI-driven shopping assistants.
• Clearly communicate the reasoning behind each design choice—considering the shopper, the platform, the brand, and the desired business outcome. This must be conveyed effectively both internally and to clients.
• Collaborate with retail operations, performance, and strategy teams as the senior creative authority on commerce; work across functions to enhance the quality of our work.
• Act as the creative lead on new business proposals and client interactions—crafting the narrative, leading discussions, and aiding in securing the commerce projects that define our expertise.
• Guide design, copy, and other studio team members within the commerce team, elevating skills, rationale, and judgment throughout the team.
• Create frameworks, points of view, and thought leadership that establish Tinuiti as the leading authority in commerce creative.
• Keep abreast of platform modifications, beta features, and module launches—leveraging these into client opportunities ahead of competitors.
• Deliver presentations at the highest levels with assurance, clarity, and a memorable perspective for clients.
• You possess over 8 years of design experience, with extensive work on Amazon and at least one other significant commerce platform.
• You are recognized as an authority in the Commerce Creative ecosystem—A+ / Premium A+, Stores, DPIs, video, Sponsored Brands—and you comprehend the data that drives performance.
• Your portfolio includes work that has redefined platform capabilities, not just projects that adhered strictly to specifications.
• You are capable of leading senior client discussions and pitch meetings, confidently presenting and defending creative concepts at an executive level.
• You are proficient in commerce performance data, utilizing it to enhance creativity rather than play it safe.
• You can express strategy as effectively as you can design—understanding that the reasoning is as important as the execution.
• You can operate comfortably across creative, retail operations, performance, and sales, facilitating effective communication among these areas.
• You have experience working in an agency or with large-scale retail or commerce brands.
• Your portfolio substantiates all of the above qualifications.
