• Spearhead the development and implementation of social-first creative content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels, ensuring the material is engaging, culturally relevant, and tailored for each environment.
• Take charge of the visual direction for integrated digital campaigns, encompassing paid media, organic social, and email—ensuring consistency and unity across all touchpoints.
• Design with a focus on performance, understanding the factors that drive engagement, conversion, and audience behavior across various platforms, and refining creative approaches based on insights and outcomes.
• Directly contribute to design efforts when necessary, producing high-quality assets such as social graphics, motion concepts, storyboards, and digital layouts that align with brand and campaign objectives.
• Provide visual guidance, review, and approval for design outputs.
• Oversee the execution of design projects from the initial research and concept development phase to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs that surpass client expectations.
• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp their business goals, present creative ideas, and integrate feedback to enhance and refine design solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design to foster continuous innovation and uphold Social Driver’s competitive advantage.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in graphic design or a related area, with a proven history of leading successful design projects and teams.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A strong portfolio that illustrates a wide range of design work, highlighting creativity, strategic insight, meticulous attention to detail, and a sophisticated aesthetic sense.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying design concepts, strategies, and rationale to clients and team members.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, remote work setting while upholding high standards of quality and creativity.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative remote team environment.
