• Lead the creation of an innovative, skill-based curriculum system available year-round for Art 2 (ages 6–8) and Art 3 (ages 9–12).
• Construct models for developmental progression that balance technical skills, creativity, confidence, and social interaction.
• Set learning objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes tailored for each term and age group.
• Formulate a long-term strategy for expanding the curriculum and establishing advanced pathways.
• Design and manage weekly lesson plans, project timelines, classroom activities, teacher resources, and skill enhancement exercises.
• Ensure that projects are suitable for the age group, visually stimulating, operationally feasible, and achievable within the allocated class time.
• Cater to diverse student skill levels and incorporate cultural, historical, and contemporary art references throughout the curriculum.
• Develop thorough resources for teachers, including preparation checklists, classroom and materials management systems, visual aids, demonstration guides, and instructional scripts.
• Create onboarding and training systems for instructors.
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance classroom execution and the quality of instruction.
• Oversee beta testing of the curriculum, starting with Art 1 in June 2026.
• Collect and analyze data on student engagement, parent feedback, instructor insights, and operational performance.
• Continuously improve offerings based on studio results and learning outcomes.
• Ensure complete market readiness by the Back-to-School season (July/August 2026).
• Work in partnership with the in-house curriculum team, franchise support, studio operations, marketing, creative/design teams, and leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in curriculum development, art education, or creative programming for youth in elementary or middle school settings.
• Demonstrated success in designing structured educational programs for children aged 6–12.
• Strong grasp of learning progression, classroom management, creative skill development, and student engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and visual communication abilities.
• Proficiency in developing systems and documentation with a keen eye for detail.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
