This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Java solutions architect

• Design solutions based on SOA and/or microservices

• Analyze and optimize application performance within the WebSphere environment

• Develop applications on Java application servers

• Create high-availability solutions, including clustering and load balancing

• Design solutions for processing large volumes of data, messaging, and asynchronous integrations

• Work with SOAP Web Services and REST APIs

• Utilize IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, Apache Maven, and Gradle

• Collaborate with clients and teams to develop innovative technology solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or Oracle Certified Master Java EE Enterprise Architect certification or higher

• Proven experience as a Java EE and/or Spring application architect

• Experience developing applications on at least two servers: Apache Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, IBM WebSphere Application Server version 8 or higher, or WebSphere OpenLiberty

• Experience in performance analysis and tuning of applications within the WebSphere environment

• Knowledge of high availability solutions, clustering, and load balancing

• Familiarity with processing large volumes of data, messaging, and asynchronous integrations

• Experience with SOAP Web Services and REST APIs

• Experience in designing solutions based on SOA and/or microservices

• Knowledge of IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM MQ, Apache Maven, and Gradle

• Experience with IBM Rational Software Architect and enterprise architecture in a Java environment is a plus
