📋 Description

• Platform Design and Architecture: Analyze the strategic requirements of the organization and design platforms that efficiently support their implementation, ensuring robustness, flexibility, and alignment with technological strategy.

• Platform Implementation: Deploy technological solutions that enable the development and deployment of applications, ensuring their proper functioning and evolution.

• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure that the platform adequately supports the software being built.

• Scalability and Evolution: Ensure that the platform is scalable and capable of adapting to business growth and new needs.

• Technical Support and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization, acting as a reference in platform architecture.

• Technological Innovation: Stay updated on technological trends and evaluate the integration of new tools or frameworks that add value to the platform.

• Architecture Documentation: Document the design and architecture of the platform to facilitate maintenance, evolution, and knowledge transfer.

• Platform Roadmap Management: Assist the Senior Platform Engineer in defining and maintaining the platform's roadmap.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Platform Architect or in similar roles related to platform architecture.

• Experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient software platforms.

• Ability to analyze and understand strategic business requirements and translate them into technological solutions.

• Experience working with development, architecture, and systems teams to align the platform with organizational needs.

• Advanced knowledge of cloud architectures, particularly in Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and Kubernetes environments.

• Experience with tools in the DevOps ecosystem and platforms such as GitLab, Jenkins, Backstage, Terraform, ArgoCD, Sonatype Nexus, OPA, Sigstore, Humanitec Platform, Score, among others.

• Knowledge of operating systems like RHEL.

• Familiarity with best practices in scalability, security, and platform maintenance.

• Teamwork capability, technical leadership, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.
