Arquitecto Infraestructura

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and evolve the organization's infrastructure architecture, ensuring robust, scalable, and resilient environments that support critical business services.

• Design and document scalable, resilient, and efficient infrastructure architectures.

• Establish solutions for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Design platforms based on virtualization and containers, ensuring high availability and scalability.

• Define storage architectures tailored to capacity, performance, and availability requirements.

• Develop high availability and disaster recovery strategies.

• Actively participate in building solutions, making technical decisions, and resolving challenges during implementation.

• Drive infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems in critical environments.

• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, platform, development, and operations teams.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

• Guarantee consistency between the designed architecture and the final deployed solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technical architecture roles, typically starting from 5 years.

• Deep experience in at least one of the following environments: on-premise infrastructure (VMware, bare metal) or cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Solid understanding of hybrid architectures and their integration.

• Experience in designing platforms based on virtualization and container orchestration.

• Experience in storage architecture: blocks, objects, file systems, tiering, and performance optimization.

• Ability to design high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

• Experience in capacity planning and platform sizing.

• Knowledge and experience in automation through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Ability to manage complex and highly heterogeneous environments.
