Arquitecto de Soluciones – IA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures for enterprise solutions.

• Define technical guidelines, design patterns, and best practices for development teams.

• Lead architectural decisions related to microservices, integrations, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

• Create technical documentation for solutions, including diagrams following the C4 model and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

• Support development teams in implementing solutions and resolving complex technical challenges.

• Participate in defining integration strategies among applications, services, platforms, and data sources.

• Identify opportunities to incorporate Generative Artificial Intelligence capabilities, such as internal assistants, query automation, or intelligent information retrieval.

• Engage in architecture committees to ensure technical feasibility and alignment of solutions with organizational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in software architecture, solution architecture, or similar technical roles, participating in the design of complex systems, integrations, and enterprise solutions.

• Experience in designing software architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and integration through APIs, messaging, or services.

• Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and best development practices.

• Technical documentation experience using the C4 model, architectural diagrams, and ADRs.

• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET, or similar.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Basic understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence and language models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama.
