Arquitecto / Consultor Senior Denodo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and define data virtualization architectures based on Denodo, employing a layered approach (sources, integration, logic, and consumption).

• Develop and maintain views in Denodo (base, integration, and business), applying best practices in modeling and reuse.

• Configure and manage various types of cache (partial, complete, incremental), optimizing performance and data freshness.

• Define and expose data through APIs as a decoupling layer for applications and analytical consumers.

• Participate in the deployment of the Denodo platform across different environments (DEV, QA, PRE, PRO), utilizing Solution Manager.

• Configure and use Denodo Scheduler for task automation and cache refreshes.

• Implement stored procedures using VQL Stored Procedures when necessary.

• Ensure information security through access control, data masking, and security policies at the view level.

• Monitor and analyze platform usage, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with business teams and data owners to resolve inconsistencies in source data.

• Promote best practices in maintainability, documentation, and data governance.

• Proven experience working with the Denodo Platform on real projects.

• Strong knowledge of data virtualization architectures and logical modeling.

• Experience in cache management, performance, and query optimization.

• Knowledge of data security and access control in environments with sensitive information.

• Experience in deploying and managing Denodo platforms.

• Ability to interact with technical and business teams.

• Valued experience in regulated environments or those with high data sensitivity.

• Knowledge of API integration and reduction of traditional ETL chains.

• Ability to perform as a technical reference in Denodo projects.
