Armenian Interpreter – OPI/VRI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Take detailed notes during calls.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Communicate and report effectively to your team leader.

• Adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for languages and interpretation.

• Experience as a professional remote interpreter.

• Adhere to the Interpreter's code of conduct at all times.

• Familiarity with specialized vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical contexts.

• Accurately convey all messages without adding or omitting any information.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients.
