Area VP, Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establishing, leading, and nurturing a high-performing team of Customer Success leaders throughout the Americas.

• Enhancing GRR, NRR, adoption, advocacy, renewal preparedness, and success plan quality through your management team.

• Ensuring the design of the Americas CS organization prioritizes adoption and value realization.

• Serving as the senior CS partner to Sales leadership within the region.

• Enhancing the leadership pipeline so Team Leads / Managers can effectively coach teams on cyber product adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Services, Account Management, or similar post-sale leadership positions.

• More than 3 years of experience leading leaders in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or cybersecurity firm.

• Background in a cyber product/services organization where success is contingent on product adoption, use-case activation, and value realization.

• Proven success in collaborating with CISOs, CIOs, security operations managers/directors, IAM leaders, architects, analysts, and executive buyers.

• Established ability to forge strong partnerships with Sales leadership and influence commercial outcomes through adoption, customer strategy, and renewal defense.

• History of developing and coaching teams that consistently achieve GRR, NRR, CSQL, adoption, and advocacy goals.
