• Over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Services, Account Management, or similar post-sale leadership positions.
• More than 3 years of experience leading leaders in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or cybersecurity firm.
• Background in a cyber product/services organization where success is contingent on product adoption, use-case activation, and value realization.
• Proven success in collaborating with CISOs, CIOs, security operations managers/directors, IAM leaders, architects, analysts, and executive buyers.
• Established ability to forge strong partnerships with Sales leadership and influence commercial outcomes through adoption, customer strategy, and renewal defense.
• History of developing and coaching teams that consistently achieve GRR, NRR, CSQL, adoption, and advocacy goals.
