This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and implement a sales strategy for your territory that aligns with the company's market approach.
• Achieve interaction and meeting objectives through effective networking, prospecting, and facilitating conversions.
• Oversee the sales journey from the first contact to the final closure of deals.
• Take responsibility for meeting sales targets within your territory.
• Gain expertise in product use cases, the technology platform, and future vision; engage in discussions with various contacts within health systems.
• Present product demonstrations that clarify complex technical concepts.
• Partner with leadership to enhance product positioning and pricing continuously.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to define effective sales processes and strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce to maintain updates on all territory activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Over 8 years of experience in selling complex solutions to hospitals and health systems.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for project management.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate trust in executive relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
• In-depth understanding of hospital operations and economics.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, needs assessment, problem articulation, and closing.
• Willingness to travel periodically (approximately 50%).
• Preference for candidates based in the Southeast US, particularly Georgia or Florida.
