This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee strategic initiatives, market expansion, and business integrations to enhance revenue growth
• Create and implement essential programs for Cardiac products alongside field management
• Work in partnership with senior Sales management and the Marketing team
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals
• Design educational programs for both internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or its equivalent
• More than 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in medical device sales or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in an executive leadership or managerial role
• Advanced qualifications, such as an MBA in a relevant field, are preferred
• Background in Cardiology is a must
• Comprehensive understanding of hospital systems
• Capability to analyze and assess technologically sophisticated devices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership abilities
