This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Serve as the main operational liaison for practice leadership teams.
• Assist in the execution of established initiatives, frameworks, and procedures.
• Address daily operational challenges and escalate risks when necessary.
• Ensure oversight of actions, responsibilities, and follow-through.
• Manage the collection and dissemination of performance data.
• Aid practices in analyzing dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate these to the Area Director.
• Monitor actions from performance reviews and guarantee timely follow-ups.
• Facilitate the monthly financial rhythm across practices.
• Oversee the distribution of financial insights and performance data.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing, debt management, and reporting procedures.
• Conduct systematic practice visits using established checklists and focus areas.
• Provide on-site assistance and document outcomes and actions taken.
• Organize area meetings, leadership forums, and regular calls.
• Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Assist with the onboarding and induction process for Practice Managers and Clinical Directors.
• Track the completion of mandatory training and compliance requirements.
• Support recruitment efforts in accordance with budgetary constraints and approvals.
• Identify and escalate issues related to governance, clinical matters, and health & safety.
• Proven experience in supporting operations across various sites or locations.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.
• Proficient in working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Full, clean driving license.
