This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Interact with both potential and current clients to enhance sales initiatives and foster relationships.
• Initiate outbound communications, including calls and emails, to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the assigned region, raising awareness and interest in our therapy solutions.
• Develop and sustain meaningful professional connections with HCPs to cultivate trust, confidence, and long-lasting engagement with our therapy offerings.
• Inform HCPs about the features, benefits, and clinical advantages of our therapy solutions, aiding them in understanding how our products meet patient needs.
• Keep precise records of interactions, prospects, and sales opportunities in the CRM system, monitoring progress and ensuring a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to ensure consistent messaging, share pertinent insights, and coordinate efforts for high-value accounts.
• Collect insights from HCP interactions to remain informed on competitive products, market trends, and changing HCP requirements, providing feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly outreach, engagement, and sales targets, regularly reporting on key performance indicators to Sales Leadership.
• Aid in tracking market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and enhance sales performance.
• Offer feedback on sales methodologies and customer needs to assist in refining sales strategies.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills, both face-to-face and through video conferencing, to effectively engage stakeholders.
• Timely address and resolve customer and team issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and successful outcomes.
• Highly motivated with a proactive and optimistic demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism, along with a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
