This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for sustaining and boosting sales volume with both existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee a specific sales territory in its entirety.
• Manage all business transactions and relationships within the designated region.
• Collaborate proactively with relevant division management, supporting departments, and multi-channel partners.
• Engage with stakeholders at both partner and customer levels.
• Supervise the opportunity funnel, forecasting, and action plans.
• Drive KPIs and implement action plans to meet annual objectives.
• Assist current partners throughout our sales process.
• Prospect, initiate, and qualify sales leads.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
• Showcase the product portfolio at trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (BSEE or BSME preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 4-5+ years of experience in outside sales.
• A proven track record of surpassing sales quotas is essential.
• Demonstrable success in advising on and selling technical products.
• Experience with distribution and omni-channel sales.
• Prior experience in industrial automation and solution/project sales involving technical products.
• Business acumen that can be effectively applied to various decision-making levels, from senior management to technical support.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
