Area Sales Manager, Patient Care Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the sale of Patient Care Solution products, including Patient Monitors, Ventilators, Anesthesia Work Stations, and Diagnostic Cardiology products.

• Cultivates a comprehensive understanding of the sales territory, product offerings, market dynamics, sales methodologies, and customer segments.

• Leverages previous experience and gained commercial knowledge to implement policies and strategies effectively.

• Possesses a thorough grasp of essential business drivers to achieve personal work objectives.

• Offers informal support and guidance to new team members.

• Simplifies complex information for others in clear and straightforward scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; an MBA is considered a plus.

• At least 7 years of experience in the sales of medical equipment.

• Strong sales skills with a desire to generate new business and collaborate closely with channel partners.

• Preferred experience in Diagnostic Imaging sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven capability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.
