
Area Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and assist in the qualification of proprietary systems by effectively implementing bidding strategies to secure business.
• Serve as a bridge between the Engineering Department and the client to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and implement a business development strategy centered on transportation, private development, commercial projects, and infrastructure construction.
• Organize business review meetings with clients and relay customer information internally through detailed call reports.
• Maintain a prospect list and a comprehensive quote log to monitor success rates.
• Conduct customer visits and participate in conferences as necessary to gain insights into industry needs and market development.
• Exhibit all stages of the sales cycle, which includes prospecting, acquiring, identifying, and qualifying clients.
• Willingness to travel regionally for 25% - 50% of the time.
• At least 2 years of experience in heavy civil, bridge, or concrete construction projects is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong motivation and self-starting attitude.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
