This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In this newly established role, you will have the chance to proactively build and sustainably enhance the On-Trade sector in Berlin.
• Acquire new gastronomy accounts and strategically nurture existing partnerships.
• Ensure brands are prominently displayed with premium, drink-relevant positioning at the point of sale and behind the bar.
• Confidently negotiate listings, loaned equipment, and supply agreements on equal terms.
• Execute sales-driven activations such as signature drinks, menu placements, and event concepts.
• Have a thorough understanding of your territory, analyze potential opportunities, and manage your activities clearly and effectively.
• Document agreements, promotions, and developments accurately in the CRM system to support growth.
• Represent our brands entrepreneurially and take charge of the sustainable development and expansion of the On-Trade business in Berlin.
• Completed commercial vocational training or a business-related qualification.
• Experience in On-Trade or gastronomy sales.
• A background in the gastronomy or scene sector, with a sales-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset is advantageous.
• You possess an understanding of gastronomy operations: emotion, cost calculation, and pace.
• Excellent knowledge of the GFGH/Gastro structures and our products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a customer-oriented approach.
• Negotiation skills complemented by a solid understanding of sales techniques.
• High levels of commitment and flexibility, paired with a friendly and confident demeanor.
• An independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
